Refund Policy

Balitov.ca Privacy Policy


Effective Date: 01/01/2026
 

At Balitov, we take pride in serving fresh kosher food prepared to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following policy applies:
 

1. All Sales Final
 

All food orders are final once prepared.
 

We do not offer refunds for:
 

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Failure to pick up orders
     

2. Order Issues
 

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), you must contact us within:
 

30 minutes of pickup or delivery
 

Please provide:
 

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)
     

We may, at our discretion:
 

  • Replace the item

  • Provide store credit

  • Issue a partial refund
     

3. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
 

Customers agree to contact Balitov directly before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent disputes will be challenged with supporting order documentation and proof of fulfillment.
 

4. Delivery Orders
 

For third-party delivery platform orders (e.g., Uber), refund policies may be subject to the platform’s terms and conditions.
 

5. Catering Orders (If Applicable)
 

Catering deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and preparation commitments. Specific terms will be outlined in your catering agreement.
