Our story
Balitov was born out of a love for the diverse and aromatic flavors of the Middle East. Our founder, Melissa Cohen, grew up immersed in the culinary traditions of the region, learning the secrets of creating dishes that are both comforting and exciting.
With a vision to share this culinary heritage, Melissa Cohen started Balitov, a catering service dedicated to delivering the freshest and most authentic Middle Eastern cuisine to the Montreal community.
